0165(3)(c): outside in the front play area there is a broken PCP pipe that is accessible to childcare children. 0165(3)(d): washer was accessible to childcare children (licensee corrected in presence of licensor 7/6/2023). 0165(3)(f): dresser in hallway being used as storage and for parents to sign in and out children is not secured. On the front porch there are two big tables one stack on top of another which is not secured and may tip on a childcare child.
